Learn to Smock Day

Smocking Arts Guild of NSW are holding their annual Learn to Smock day. You will be taught basic smocking stitches on a sampler.
A kit is available for AUD5 which includes a pleated sampler, needle and thread. A learn to smock booklet can be purchased for an extra AUD5 , this is optional.
Morning tea will be provided. Please bring along a mug, lunch and your basic sewing supplies and enjoy a fun day.
The guild’s community programme makes wee care gowns and other items on a regular basis for premmie and stillborn babies for 41 hospitals in Sydney and country areas.
