Overview
Yoga Paws brings a playful twist to Sydney's weekend plans, combining beginner-friendly yoga with puppy cuddles, dedicated playtime and guided relaxation. Puppies explore the studio and wander between mats as an instructor leads gentle movement, making their curiosity and unexpected interruptions part of the fun.
With sessions capped at twenty guests, the experience is an inviting choice for a catch-up with friends, a different kind of date or an outing alone. Mats are provided, no previous yoga experience is needed, and guests can follow the movement at their own pace.
Regular puppy yoga sessions take place at Yoga Studio in Bondi Junction and Tropical Soul Dance Studio in Annandale, bringing the experience to both the Eastern Suburbs and Inner West.
The puppies come from vetted breeders and rescue partners, with sessions offering gentle exposure to new people and surroundings. Two trained staff oversee their care throughout. Interaction is voluntary, and dedicated retreat spaces and full rest breaks allow the puppies to play, explore or rest on their own terms.
Guests aged twelve and over are welcome. Advance booking is essential, with new sessions released regularly throughout the year.
