Offering a high end take on the classic ramen bar, Mashi No Mashi is all about showcasing Ozaki beef, a premium wagyu reared on a single farm in Japan. It’s the star of the five signature ramen dishes and also features in the handful of izakaya-style share plates on offer, like gyoza and cha siu bao buns.
Set inside The Star, the restaurant is decked out with bright yellow and black wall art, and pumping tunes create a party house atmosphere. Take a seat at the ramen bar to get the best view of what’s happening in the open kitchen or tuck yourself into in a booth to slurp your noodles with friends. Mashi No Mashi is the sister brand of Wagyumafia, one of Tokyo’s top restaurants, and the Sydney diner is the first outpost in the Southern Hemisphere.
