This tiny espresso bar is one of Sydney's specialty coffee institutions, established in 2011.
With daily rotating single origins (roasted only a few suburbs away) and all the classic milk coffee styles, it's one of the best places to experience the Australian coffee scene—only 3 minutes' walk from Central Station.
They run free monthly tasting sessions on the first Friday of the month.
And, if you're travelling with non-coffee lovers, no worries: there's premium tea, drinking chocolate and locally-baked pastries on the menu so everyone can have a good time.
