At the heart of Sydney’s edgy Inner West, The Sausage Factory is an explosion of idiosyncratic colour, personality, amazing beer, and sausages.
The factory features a rotating menu of sausages made by Sydney’s notoriously quirky Sausage Queen, that are often sourced from the furthest corners of the planet. They’re always accompanied by some of the city’s best and most innovative salads, house made pickles (including their legendary pickle pear and watermelon), all washed down by a rotating selection of beers from their own on-site brewery and the city’s best and largest collection of Sydney craft beers.
All within the confines of one of the most distinctive interiors, dominated by Chrissy’s enormous collection of hand knitted sausages that adorn every wall. It’s a venue as distinctive as they come. Owners Chrissy and Jim Flanagan personally run the floor and kitchen, and guests are given to leaning over to the next table for a chat, meaning every visit to The Sausage Factory is intimate, personal, and memorable.
