WoW Wines of the World Evening

Travel through Europe by the glass at WoW Wines of the World Evening, a special wine and dining experience held in the elegant surrounds of Cellos Grand Dining Room at the Castlereagh Boutique Hotel in Sydney.

Hosted by James Herriott, one of Australia's most respected wine industry figures, this curated evening will take guests on a culinary journey through some of Europe's most celebrated wine regions.

Guests will enjoy a five-course menu expertly paired with premium wines from France, Italy, Germany and Portugal, including Champagne, Burgundy, Barbaresco, Riesling and 10-Year-Old Port. Throughout the evening, James will guide guests through each wine, sharing stories, insights and tasting notes, with opportunities for questions and discussion.

The menu includes dishes such as rockmelon wrapped salted haloumi with pomegranate molasses, duck rillette with sourdough crisps, saffron tagliatelle with braised beef short rib, Zwetschgenknödel with vanilla bean custard, and truffled brie with quince paste, fresh pear and crostini.

Guests will also have the opportunity to order selected wines on the night, with convenient delivery direct to their door.
