Discover Sydney's best shops

Lulu Loves Paris, Manly

Love to shop? Sydney shopping has it all, from luxe labels and home-grown fashion to buzzy markets and outlet tours.

In the city centre, Pitt Street Mall is Sydney's fashion hub encompassing several retail centres across two city blocks. Westfield Sydney sets the pace for sensational shopping with four floors of fashion favourites. Check out Australia's two largest department stores, Myer and David Jones, which stock many top brands and offer personal shopper and stylist services.

Stroll through the historic Queen Victoria Building and Strand Arcade, as popular for their beautifully restored interiors as they are for the fashion boutiques they house featuring local and international brands. The Galeries Victoria on George Street is home to urban brands while World Square spans three levels of an entire city block.

You'll find flagship stores for world famous designer brands - Armani Exchange, Burberry, Chanel, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Prada, Versace and more - around Martin Place and on Castlereagh, Elizabeth, George and King streets.

Central in Broadway is easy to spot from the streetscape by the vertical gardens that cover its facade. Described as The Living Mall, this is one of Sydney's newest shopping precincts and features a sun-drenched emporium, free Wi-Fi and extended trading hours from 10am 8pm daily.

Sydney's shopping precincts have their own individual sense of style. Paddington's Oxford Street is the most well-known, with two kilometres of funky boutiques and high-street fashion. Just off Oxford Street is The Intersection on Glenmore Road where you'll find some of the best Australian labels.
