White Bay Cruise Terminal is Sydney's newest port located near the iconic Anzac Bridge and best accessed from James Craig Road in Rozelle. Passenger set down and pick up is available in the terminal precinct while short-term parking for those passengers with a valid itinerary is available on-site. Please remember that no overnight parking is permitted. Vehicles left behind after a ship has departed run the risk of being impounded.
Most cruise lines offer customers the option to book a transfer from/to Sydney Airport or Central Station in Sydney. Please check with your travel agent or cruise line.
Customs and immigration
International cruise: all passengers departing on an international cruise voyage must complete an outbound passenger card as well as a health card questionnaire. Both documents are available inside the terminal.
Domestic cruise: all passengers departing on a domestic cruise voyage must complete a health questionnaire card which will be made available to you once inside the terminal. There is no requirement to complete an outbound passenger card.
The White Bay Cruise Terminal has wheelchair accessibility both to the terminal and the ship.
What to bring
- International cruise: individual passport with a validity of at least six months
- Domestic cruise: government agency-issued photo ID
- Your booking itinerary is required for all cruises
- If you take regular medication ensure that you have sufficient supplies to last the length of your holiday. It's also wise to consider taking a couple of days extra supply in case of unforeseen changes in your plans.
