Overview
It's not easy to book one of the eight seats at this new Sydney Fish Markets omakase, but a front row seat to chef Toshihiko Oe's mastery must not be missed. Over 30 courses, and under carefully placed spotlights, the chef slices beautiful cuts of bluefin tuna and flame-scorches unctuous pieces of mackerel in a performance that rivals the theatre.
