Wine Dinner Series at Altitude

To mark the launch of NSW Wine Month, Altitude Restaurant presents an exclusive evening celebrating four of New South Wales' most esteemed wineries: Brokenwood, Tyrrell's, Ross Hill and Clonakilla.

Set against the breathtaking backdrop of Sydney Harbour, guests will enjoy a 5.5-course menu crafted by Chef de Cuisine Jason Phi Huynh, with each course showcasing the distinct style, provenance and character of the featured wineries. Highlights include Smoked Ulladulla Tuna Sashimi with bush tomato ezme and paperbark, Yamba Prawn Linguine with bisque and zucchini flower, and Pardoo Australian Wagyu MB8+ with native succulents, before concluding with Australian cheese and dessert.

Throughout the evening, guests will hear firsthand from some of Australia's most respected wine industry figures, including Stuart Hordern, acclaimed Chief Winemaker at Brokenwood Wines; Jane Tyrrell, fifth-generation family member and executive leader at Tyrrell's Wines; James Robson, co-owner and proprietor of Ross Hill Wines; and David Reist, long-serving General Manager of Clonakilla. Together, they will share the stories, traditions and innovations behind their celebrated wineries.
