Coravin Aged Wine Clinic

The Coravin Aged Wine Clinic is designed to solve the age-old dilemma of exactly when to open that special bottle, this unique pop-up allows you to taste your most prized vintages and have it professionally assessed by a Master of Wine, without ever removing the cork or interrupting the aging process.

Held at Grappa, The Rocks, the clinic offers you a rare opportunity to conduct a 'health-check' of the bottle you have always wanted to open, guided by one of Australia's top wine authorities, Master of Wine Andrea Pritzker.

The clinic will be run as 15-minute bookable sessions. Andrea Pritzker MW will use Coravin's Timeless by-the-glass system to extract two small tasting serves without removing or damaging the cork, meaning the remaining wine to continue its ageing journey completely undisturbed.

Wines will be assessed purely for their evolution and ideal ageing window, rather than monetary value. Following the tasting, Andrea will provide custom tasting notes capturing a snapshot of the wine's current development.

The pop-up also features the Coravin Tasting Lounge, where you can enjoy canapés, connect with like-minded wine enthusiasts, and taste rare vintage wines from esteemed producers. Lounge access is included for Aged Wine Clinic ticket holders, but can also be purchased separately for those wanting to taste rare wines without bringing their own bottle.
