Tucked away in Port Macquarie's industrial area, you'll find our small-batch distillery that's big on innovation!

Locally owned Port Macquarie Distillery (PMQD) is serious about spirits, with a range of expertly crafted, triple-distilled, oh-so-smooth, gins and vodka, using uniquely local ingredients.

Popular picks include the 'Beechwood' Gin, with hints of golden honey sweetness from hinterland bee hives. Wild brambleberry and organic raspberry lend a beautiful pink blush to the 'Town Beach' Gin, and there's the amber-hued deliciousness of 'Kumquatcello' Liqueur, with a marmalade sweetness balanced by a slight citrus tang.

A visit to the Distillery is a must-do experience. PMQD's interior is a cool mix of work and play, with a funky backlit bar and gleaming copper still.

Settle in and savour a series of delightful distillations with a PMQD Gin Flight, or choose a cocktail from the ever-changing menu. Pair with a cheese, charcuterie or mezze platter, and it's the perfect place for meeting a date or catching up with mates!

Visit PMQD for tastings, mixers, cocktails and bottle sales, or visit the website to purchase bottles online.
