Sassafras Creek is situated in Kurrajong Village, on the side of the Blue Mountains, with spectacular views to Sydney. It is a café, gallery and country store specialising in bringing freshly picked farm produce to you via their experienced chefs. Contemporary Australian cuisine enhanced by local fruit and vegetables is the feature here, as well as regular art exhibitions showcasing some of the area's best talent.
Breakfast on the sunny veranda, lunch with friends in the gallery or dining on Friday and Saturday nights with views over the city lights is spectacular. All this is complimented by the boutique wine list selected from the Orange/Mudgee region.
