About Kings Cross and Woolloomooloo

Kings Cross is one of Australia's best-known entertainment precincts. It buzzes with nightclubs, live music and cool bars. After dark, a never-ending procession of revellers hit Darlinghurst Road, while others head to streets around Macleay Street in Potts Point and around Woolloomooloo.

During the day, "The Cross" has a relaxing, leafy atmosphere where you can discover small art galleries, design shops and beautiful florists. You can get a new tattoo, cool second-hand clothes or fresh organic produce from weekly markets. Elizabeth Bay House is a beautiful historic home overlooking Sydney Harbour.
