The Ducks is a story of food, born in the surf! It all started with three good mates travelling the world, cultivating ideas around a better, more sustainable approach to eating and living. During this time, with a shared belief for cooking food that is delicious and ethical, Three Blue Ducks was hatched.
There’s a genuine focus on sustainability, and at the Rosebery venue, the Argentinean grill gets fired up as often as possible with whole lambs, chickens, pigs and large cuts of beef. The black sausage with scrambled eggs is the signature breakfast dish, or try the house made Ducksmite on toast. At lunch and dinner, the menu is designed to share with popular menu items such as the turmeric and ginger fish curry, grilled Australian king prawns with dashi butter and sea succulents, and a spit roast lamb coated with an olive and lemon salsa.
