Flyboat Fishing Charters heads offshore from Sydney aboard Sea Jay, its Yamaha-powered boat, for anglers chasing bigger fish beyond the heads. Skipper Stephen has been fishing since he was six and runs around 240 charters a year. Rods, tackle, water and sunscreen are supplied; guests bring weather-appropriate gear and lunch or snacks. Trips run for about 7 hours, roughly 5:30am to 1pm, and take up to 5 people.
