Powerhouse Parramatta Opening Festival: Es Devlin & Gus Casely-Hayford | In Conversation

Join internationally acclaimed artist Es Devlin in conversation with V&A East Director, Dr Gus Casely-Hayford OBE as they explore how to connect with diverse communities through collections and large-scale installations – and how audiences can become active participants in shared acts of creation.

The first exhibition of Es Devlin in Australia, Es Devlin: The Turning is one of 5 inaugural exhibitions at Powerhouse Parramatta. The Turning presents 5 major new commissions – Forest of Us, Memory Palace, Collective Portrait, Screenshare and Redraw the Edges of Yourself – that together create an atmospheric environment where audiences transform and contribute to each work through acts of gathering, listening, drawing and reflection.
