Step away from the noise of everyday life and into a weekend designed to help you soften, slow down and reconnect with yourself.
This retreat is an invitation to regulate the nervous system through rest, nature, gentle movement, nourishing food and meaningful connection. Across the weekend, we'll explore practices that support grounding and restoration; from Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Sound to journalling, Deep Ecology and slow mindful movement in nature.
There will be space to move slowly, breathe deeply and listen inward. Together we'll gather around the fire, share nourishing meals, embrace moments of silence, and reconnect with the wisdom of the body and the natural world.
This retreat is for anyone feeling depleted, disconnected or simply craving space to reset and return home to themselves.
