Head to the historic area of The Rocks where you can join Bikebuffs or Bonza Bike Tours taking in Sydney's iconic sights including the Sydney Opera House and Sydney Harbour Bridge. Alternatively hire a bike and explore the city at your own pace.

Just 10 minutes from the city, Centennial Parklands is an idyllic location for cycling, popular with locals and visitors alike enjoying the parkland and its easy circuits. Hire a bike through Centennial Park Cycles (last hire at 4pm).

Manly Beach is a great beachside location for riding with kids. Hire a bike or join Manly Bike Tours and discover secluded coves and beaches along 20 km of dedicated bike paths and off road trails.

Sydney Olympic Park offers more than 35 km of cycle ways to explore. Grab a Bike Safari Map and choose from the 5.5 km Parklands Circuit, 7.6 km Olympic Circuit, or the 11 km River Heritage Circuit. Young kids can safely ride the Children’s Loop in Bicentennial Park. All circuits are close to facilities such as playgrounds, picnic areas, bubblers and toilets. Bike hire at Sydney Olympic Park is available daily (last hire at 4pm).
