Meet Rex, one of the world’s biggest crocodiles, on an Australian animal adventure at WILD LIFE Sydney Zoo, in Darling Harbour. You can quicken your heartbeat by flying above the five-metre saltwater crocodile on the daring WILD Flight zip-line through the zoo.
A stroll from Town Hall Station in the city centre, WILD LIFE Sydney Zoo has close encounters with native animals. You’ll meet koalas, walk among kangaroos and wallabies, amble through an aviary and have the opportunity to feed Rex.
The Koala Breakfast tour has a buffet breakfast on the Koala Encounters rooftop, along with an informative talk and the opportunity to cuddle up to a koala for a photo. Behind-the-scenes tours include cassowary and python encounters and crocodile feeding.
On WILD Flight you’ll fly above kangaroos, past princess parrots in the aviary, and soar above Rex. From a treetop observation tower, you can see a family of endangered grey-headed flying foxes. The zoo is next to the SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium. As well as walking from Town Hall, you can take a ferry from Circular Quay or the light rail from Central Station to Darling Harbour.
