Chef Toby Gibson was ahead of the curve when he started selling New York deli-style sandwiches at food markets. Now you can find him on the second floor of the Stratton Hotel, serving smoked lox bagels and variations of the reuben for lunch. Try the The Reuben with corned Wagyu, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, Russian dressing on Rye or the Mushtrami for something a little less meaty.
