Taking over the former Spence & Lyda site on Foster Street, Nomad is a cellar door and Mediterranean restaurant. The idea behind the venue is for guests, if they're enjoying the wine they're drinking, to be able to purchase a bottle to take home. Former Alira chef Nathan Sasi, who has worked in the kitchen at Dinner by Heston Blumenthal in London and Husk in South Carolina, heads Nomad's kitchen.
