What's in a name? Erez Gordon, owner of Balmain's popular Bistro Bruno and now Bishop Sessa, can answer this – apparently quite a bit of money. Formerly called Crown Street Assembly, this Surry Hills restaurant has been forced to swiftly change name to Bishop Sessa. Unlike its name, the sustainable menu remains under the guidance of chef Paul Cooper.
