Mark and Marie opened up Glenhope in 2018 when free camping became a bit restricted in Cobar. Glenhope Bush Camp offers a free year round camp site, firewood for campers, a helping hand, local knowledge, and a beer with Budgie (Mark). No bookings are required, just pull in and park up! The camp site accessible to RVs, camper trailers, caravans and big rigs. There is a 'long drop' toilet on site (clean). Plenty of space for all visitors amidst the natural setting and under the stars! Beautiful chance for some outback farm photos at sunset and sunrise.

Glenhope, established in 1874, is still an active working farm today. Five generations of the The Johnson Family, only the second family to own the farm. Glenhope Bush Camp is dog friendly (bring your own doggy poo bags too), however dogs must be supervised and on a lead, as sheep may wander past your site any time (grazing).

Groups are welcome. Catering is available for groups.
