Take a self-drive tour through some of the richest areas for nature, farming, and history.

If you are staying at one of the many accommodation providers in Darlington Point, ask to be directed to the local butcher and select your choice of meat for a barbeque lunch at the Oolambeyan National Park picnic area.

Make Yarrow Park your first stop and enjoy a tasting at their Cellar Door then head off to Oolambeyan National Park.

When travelling along Four Corners Road you will be travelling through historic Merino breeding areas.

When you reach Oolambeyan National Park you will enjoy the experience of native Plains country, where there is an abundance of wildlife to view and photograph.

Take a walk around the historic homestead and outbuildings.

After lunch head off to the historic Carrathool Bridge on the Murrumbidgee River. On your way back to Darlington Point you will pass Toganmain Woolshed immortalised in the poem “Flash Jack from Gundagai” by Banjo Paterson.
