The sunny spot serves up an inspired menu of its imaginative croissants and pastries, from a potato and sea salt croissant to a sugar-dusted kouign-amann (Breton cake made with croissant dough) and maple bacon scrolls. Coffee is made with Single O beans roasted in Surry Hills and the shop is open from Tuesdays to Sundays.
