Led by Meenakshi, an out-of-work "cultural cyborg" built to preserve South Asian heritage, the story follows a motley crew racing to save lost artefacts of tradition before they disappear forever. Think drum and bass electronica, 3D video‑game visuals, AI‑driven filmmaking and electro‑classical dance, woven into an epic audiovisual performance.

Internationally touring and boldly genre‑defying, Elsewhere In India pioneers Indofuturism, blending heritage, science and society to raise questions about the future of society and culture. Their mission is to reimagine cultural narratives bridging India's rich past with speculative futures.
