Chef de Cuisine Jason Phi Huynh presents a refined multi-course menu designed to complement and elevate the character of every pour, creating a seamless interplay between plate and glass.
This event is held on 30 July 2026 from 6:30 PM to 10:30 PM at Altitude's Private Dining Room.
Priced from AUD 229 per person for a five-course dinner and matching wine pairings from Ross Hill Winery with a maximum seating of 16 guests.
