Spread over two levels, the mid-level is a large open-plan living area including a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen and dining area, a spacious comfortable lounge, gas log fire, television and entertainment system and iPod dock and a cosy workstation with Wi–Fi internet. The spacious private deck is furnished for outdoor living with a dining setting, daybed and barbecue.

On the uppermost level, the bedroom has a Queen-size four poster bed, walk in robes and ceiling fan. The en suite bathroom has a large picture window which looks out onto the surrounding limestone cliffs and majestic trees surrounding the property.
