Unlike traditional Greek restaurants of yore, Ploós takes a regional deep dive into the delicacies and culinary treasures of the South Aegean.
Expect influences from the shores of Greece to the coastlines of Turkey, all within view of Sydney's iconic Opera House from a spectacular setting in The Rocks.
