Cockatoo Island Camping - Sydney Harbour

About

Sydney's only central camping ground located on Cockatoo Island's waterfront, approximately 15 minutes by ferry from Circular Quay.

Cockatoo Island camping is a world first - a waterfront campsite in the midst of a city. It is a campsite on a national heritage-listed island in the middle of the world's most beautiful harbour. Cockatoo Island has campsites, camping packages and glamping packages available for visitors.

Enjoy a barbecue as the sun sets over the water. Sleep under the shadows of dormant cranes and chimneys. Watch the sunrise over the Sydney Harbour Bridge. A camping experience like no other with the city at your doorstep. All sites have harbour views. A campground kitchen and amenities block have been provided for guests' comfort.

Campsite Per Unit. See the Cockatoo Island website for all camping rates and details. A campground kitchen with a communal fridge, a microwave, ten barbecue areas and a boiling water zip system as well as amenities blocks have been provided for guests' enjoyment. Glamping includes a pre-erected Safari Bow tent (3 metres x 3 metres), waterfront location, two camping beds and mattresses, sheets, bedding, towels, two sun lounges, side-table, cushion, and a lantern. Camping Package includes site hire, pre-erected tent (Campmor Hennie Dome 2.4 metres x 2.4 metres), two mattresses, two camping chairs and a lantern. Camping sites are only 4 x 4 metres. Facilities: Barbecue, Microwave oven, Shared bathroom, Tea/Coffee making facilities.	A$45 to A$155
