Review: Housed in the old Colonial Sugary Refinery (now known as Jackson’s Landing) is Asti Restaurant of Pyrmont. The exterior of this Harris Street restaurant does not do it justice. Walk inside the doors and be charmed by Asti’s swanky leather seating, featured sandstone tiling and elegant chandelier-style lighting. Their French Head Chef Mathieu Astier has an impressive history, working under legendary Chef Joel Robuchon (also known as "Chef of the Century") of three-Michelin Star Robuchon in Monaco. Mathieu has created a Modern European menu that is both refined and exquisite.
