Pearl Dining is a modern Cantonese restaurant located right by Circular Quay on Sydney’s Harbour. Drawing inspiration from the culinary craftsmanship of Hong Kong – known as the Pearl of the Orient – Pearl aims to innovate and harmonise Canton traditions with unique Sydney flair.
The menu has a large focus on Sydney’s incredible seafood, with signature dishes including southern rock lobster, South Australian black lip abalone, wok-fried pearl meat with snow pea and oyster mushrooms, prawn dumplings and XO prawns. Other must-try dishes include roasted squab with native paperbark smoke and spiced sauce, dry-aged double-roasted Peking duck, and wagyu tri tip with tangerine peel sauce.
The opulent interior design gives the restaurant a luxurious feel, and there are private dining rooms available for larger parties. A seat on the balcony also offers views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge.
