Jay, ursprünglich aus Südkorea, und Hannah, eine Einheimische aus den Blue Mountains, teilen ihre Leidenschaft für die koreanische Küche und Kultur. Sie freuen sich „Jiggle“ (koreanisch für „brutzeln“) in Pyrmont einzuführen.
Erleben Sie authentisches koreanisches BBQ mit bestem australischem Wagyu-Rind- und Schweinefleisch, begleitet von traditionellen Gerichten wie scharfem Kimchi-Eintopf, koreanischen Pfannkuchen, wärmenden Ramyeon-Nudeln und koreanischem Brathähnchen. Dazu passen Soju, Bier, traditioneller Reiswein oder ein Cocktail.
