Fabbrica Pasta Shop is a vibrant restaurant and retail space in Sydney's CBD, serving seasonal snacks and house-made pasta, alongside minimal-intervention Italian wine. There are freshly made sandwiches available daily for lunch, too.
The first of the Fabbricas, it was in 2020 that the CBD swung open its doors. The pasta extruder became the heart of the concept, producing traditional Italian shapes on site, with a selection of innovative sauces…

Today, while you dine, you can still find a selection of our favourite products on shelf.
Aperitivo Hour runs from 3pm to 5pm daily, swing by for a spritz and a snack.
