Everyone Has a Story to Tell Workshop
            Overview
Everyone has a story to tell but how do you research this story? How can you find out more about your family's past?
Join author Ned Manning and RUSI NSW Librarian Carrol Miller for a two-part workshop at the Anzac Memorial that walks storytellers through the process of researching, shaping and sharing personal and family stories.
In Session 1, Ned Manning explores the art of storytelling, inspired by the themes in his book Painting the Light. He will guide participants through the journey of turning memories into written stories, covering everything from idea development to publishing and marketing.
In Session 2, Carrol Miller will draw on the fascinating life of a woman who served as a nurse during the Great War to share practical steps for researching family history, particularly focusing on the military service of family members.
