Kalinya Estate is a completely unique Australian Colonial property, offering exclusive and luxurious accommodation on private acreage for one group of up to 38 colleagues, family members or friends.

Kalinya Estate is set on six acres of award-winning gardens in regional NSW, located just one hour from Sydney central business district and two hours from Canberra.

The Estate’s luxury accommodation is coupled with superb sporting, recreation and event facilities which cater to guests of any age, allowing for work, relaxation, entertainment, celebrations, meetings and more.

Use the commercial pizza oven for outdoor feasts, relax at the fire pit, or have a sing-a-long around the concert grand piano. State of the art full cinema is available for presentations, performances, movie nights, or even a big game!

Kalinya Estate boasts private sporting experiences including; golf simulator, shooting range, squash, tennis, basketball, sauna and ice-bath, swimming pool, hot-tub, foosball, air-hockey, billiards, table tennis, chess and competition darts.

Kalinya Estate also has facilities to hold private events for up to 200 guests. Previous events hosted at Kalinya include corporate retreats, launches, specialty workshops, photo-shoots, Christmas parties, weddings, birthdays, family reunions and milestone celebrations.

Adhere to The Food Authority requirements for allergy management in food preparation

Advise tour guides of the access needs of guests at the time of booking (includes pick up and drop off requirements)

Allow space around toilet for a wheelchair (A space of at least 900mm width beside the toilet pan and 1200mm clearance in front of the toilet pan is required)

Ask all visitors if there are any specific needs to be met

Have a slip resistant fold down seat or fixed seat in shower .Seat must be at least 900mm long.)
