Ready Steady Go Kids: Free Friday Sessions at Meriton Pagewood Precinct
Overview
Australia's largest physio-designed sports program for little ones is running free weekly classes at Meriton's Pagewood Precinct, one of the East's newest family hubs. Usually a paid program, this is a rare chance for local parents to trial Ready Steady Go Kids at no cost.
Run by qualified coaches with Level 1 Australian Sports Commission accreditation, each session helps toddlers and preschoolers build coordination, confidence, balance, and early social skills through fun, structured play. Children rotate through sports like soccer, basketball, athletics, tennis and more, all in an inclusive, low-pressure environment where parents are encouraged to join in.
The sessions take place in the heart of the precinct, surrounded by three modern playgrounds, landscaped green spaces, shaded seating and wide, pram-friendly paths. Families can easily turn the morning into a full outing with the precinct's line-up of casual, kid-friendly dining options, including Kokoroya's new Japanese breakfast, Leaf Café, Johnny Gio's licensed family pizzeria, and C9 Gelato for a post-play treat.
