'Recollections' is an evocative multimedia exploration of Jewish Arab stories. Coinciding with Vivid Sydney, this immersive experience invites visitors to explore the rich and often overlooked stories of Jewish Arab communities through powerful audiovisual installations.

Using sound, video, and immersive art, 'Recollections' brings to life traditions of Mizrachi and Sephardi communities. It challenges traditional narratives by shedding light on voices and histories that have often been excluded from mainstream Jewish culture.

Visitors will journey through three distinctive installations—Maqamat, Shomer, and Omek-Umk—each offering a sensory exploration of identity, heritage, and memory. These installations weave together the past and present, exploring the intersection of music, language, and collective memory.
