The Dry Dock is marking Negroni Week. The Dry Dock team will be showcasing six takes on the classic cocktail.
On offer across the Public Bar and Dining Room: Milano-Torino, Americano, Classic Negroni, Boulevardier, Negroni Sbagliato and High and Dry, tracing the drink from its 1860s Milan origins through to its most modern twists.
