Take a break from the noise of the world and settle into a deeply relaxing experience of therapeutic sound and stillness.

Led by experienced sound therapist Natalie Grace, the sound bath begins with guided meditation and breathwork to help guests settle into the session. Guests are invited to simply rest comfortably as the live sound journey then unfolds. Singing bowls, gongs, therapeutic vocals and percussion are all played acoustically to create a peaceful space for the mind and body to slow down.

Natalie's warm, heart-centred approach makes the experience welcoming for both first-time guests and those familiar with meditation or sound therapy.

The session concludes with plenty of time to ground, enjoy a some dark chocolate and return gradually to the rhythm of the outside world.
