Maxwell Wines is heading to the iconic Bather's Pavilion on Balmoral Beach for a very special collaboration dinner. Maxwell Executive Chef Fabian Lehmann and Bather's Executive Chef Aaron Ward have worked to create a bespoke menu bringing together the best of both kitchens.
