Opera in the Pub - "Drinking Songs"

Opera . . . in a pub? You heard right! Opera Bites brings best-loved opera hits to the relaxed atmosphere of your local pub.

Tickets include a 90-minute, fully costumed show, upstairs (Level 2) at The Keg & Brew. Show starts 7.30pm. Fabulous food and drinks available for separate purchase at the venue.

Drinking Songs - From rustic inns to effervescent and glamourous parties, the world of opera is full of drinking songs! Although, often when we're singing about drinking in opera, we're actually singing about something else entirely – love, loss, revenge, loneliness, having a bit of fun or a good time. What better place, therefore, to explore these catchy tunes than the pub! Come and join in your favourite drinking songs from La traviata, Carmen, Die Fledermaus and more.
