Float Festival

Float River Festival is a brand new free-entry riverside festival coming to the Parramatta River Foreshore.

This colourful day-to-night event will transform the riverfront with market stalls, food vendors, live music, DJs, floating activations, giant inflatable ducks, twilight lighting and family-friendly entertainment.

Visitors can wander the riverside markets, enjoy delicious food and drinks, relax with picnic-style river views, take photos among the festival installations and soak up the atmosphere as Parramatta River comes to life.

A major highlight will be the Charity Rubber Duck Race, held on both Saturday and Sunday. Guests can purchase a numbered duck online, decorate it on the day and cheer it on as it races across the water. The first duck across the line will win a cash prize, with proceeds supporting charity.
