Tailor Room's Precopeo

Tailor Room welcomes Oscar and Miguel Valle from Licorería Limantour and Despacho Margarita for Precopeo, an afternoon-to-night celebration of contemporary Mexican culture.

Precopeo kicks off in The Garden from 3pm-5pm with Despacho Margarita, Mexico City's dedicated Margarita bar and agaveria.

Oscar and Miguel will serve signature Despacho Margarita cocktails alongside Mexican street snacks, vinyl DJs and a pop-up mariachi band.

For one day only, guests can also shop a small selection of agave spirits curated by the Despacho Margarita team.

Not yet ready to head into Tailor Room? From 5pm-7pm, The Garden keeps things going with a one-day-only Espolòn Tequila Happy Hour featuring AUD10 Espolòn Margaritas and AUD10 tacos.

From 6pm, Precopeo moves into Tailor Room for a takeover by Licorería Limantour, one of Mexico City's most recognised cocktail bars.

Licorería Limantour was named No.52 in The World's 50 Best Bars 2025 and No.20 in North America's 50 Best Bars 2026.

Oscar and Miguel will take over the bar with signature Limantour cocktails, joined by creations from the Tailor Room team. Expect a menu celebrating Mexican tradition through contemporary technique and Tailor Room's approach to craftsmanship.
