Twenty Sixteen: The Live Rockumentary
Overview
The five-star rockumentary hit of Adelaide Fringe comes to Sydney, with an 8-piece band starring Kylie Auldist (The Bamboos), Jaron Jay and Dusty Lee Stephensen (Wanderers).
In 2016, music icons David Bowie, George Michael, Prince, Leonard Cohen, Maurice White (Earth Wind & Fire), Glenn Frey (Eagles), Sharon Jones, Leon Russell and Rick Parfitt (Status Quo) all passed away. A decade later, it's time to honour these beloved legends who gave the soundtrack to life. This isn't a memorial – it's a celebration turned up loud!
Upon its debut at Adelaide Fringe 2026, Twenty Sixteen became an instant sensation – lauded for its exceptional musicianship, craft and powerhouse vocals. Now it's Sydney's turn to reclaim the year the music died, in the city's best-sounding music Hall.
