Hayes St Wharf Bistro

Hayes Street Wharf is a French-inspired neighbourhood bistro, located in Neutral Bay on the Lower North Shore. Owned and run by husband-and-wife duo Gavin and Natasha Tuckwell, the casual restaurant is renowned for its gourmet Toulouse sausage (filled with pork) served with lentils and parsley puree. Beyond snaps, the modern French menu offers fish dishes, fresh from Sydney Fish Markets and classics such as duck confit. The wine list features international and local drops, with a wide selection available by the glass.
