French Classics One Cooking Class

Overview

Welcome to the French Classics One Cooking Class! In this fun, hands on cooking class you will learn how to cook some French classic dishes.

You will be led and inspired by the professional Michelin starred Chefs as they teach you how to make some of the traditional French classics including:

Twice baked cheese souffle
Carré d’agneau a la Provençale (Lamb Provencal)
Warm Chocolate Fondant

This is a hands on and informative class where you will actively prepare the above dishes. Then sit down to enjoy your three course meal accompanied by a glass of wine. This is a two-to-two and a half hour class depending on the size of the class. Children between the ages of 10 -18 are eligible to attend provided they are booked in together with a Parent/Guardian over the age of 18.

Please note: Sydney Cooking School (SCS) reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class for reasons concerning SCS. If a class has been cancelled due to low attendance, sickness or any other matter regarding SCS, all students will be notified within 48 hours of the class commencement date, and the option to reschedule to another date, or full refunds provided.
