During Spring and Autumn there are many open gardens in the district to view. Mount Wilson, Mount Irvine and Mount Tomah all only a short drive away.

The Train Carriage is ideal accommodation for those attending weddings at Bilpin Resort (short walk) Chapel Hill and Loxley on Bell Bird Hill.
