Coogee Burger Shack

The Coogee Burger Shack is an outdoor pop-up eatery that will be operating every Friday to Sunday throughout summer at Sydney’s Coogee Bay Hotel. Chef Nathan Tillott is putting a creative spin on the classic burger fashioning combinations like ‘Uncle Kim’ – a mix of korean fried chicken, chilli mayo, kimchi and pickles. All burgers come at wallet-pleasing prices and excess chow will be donated to OzHarvest, a food rescue organisation that helps feed vulnerable people across Australia.
